Location and Overview : Melghat tiger reserve is located in Amravati district of Maharashtra state India , which is well known for tiger reserve and one of the beautiful natural sanctuary. it is also known as: the ‘Melghat Forest’ and ‘Melghat Wildlife Sanctuary.’
It is located on Indian Central highlands called Satpura hills. This Tiger reserve cover approximate 1676 square kilometers area .
